Corporate Dialogue

Local giving has become increasingly important for corporate funders, as the cities and towns where employees live and work struggle to meet residents’ basic needs. How can corporate grantmakers rise to the challenge of meeting unprecedented local need without detracting from carefully developed strategic giving plans?

Southern California Grantmakers invites corporate giving professionals to join a webinar on the latest trends and best practices in local corporate giving led by Changing Our World.

This program will explore how local giving links a company’s success with flourishing communities and protects a company’s license to operate. Participants will learn how and why resource investment must be creative in the face of doing "more with less" and remain authentic to the local community. Examples of local giving programs and best practices will be addressed.
