Patricia Angus is founder and chief executive officer of Angus Advisory Group, a firm providing creative, independent and objective advice and services with no corporate, investment company or other affiliation. She was previously principal and chief wealth advisory officer of Shelterwood Financial Services, a multi-client family office. She has also practiced law at trusts and estates boutique Hughes and Whitaker and at the international law firm Coudert Brothers, and was a family wealth advisor with GenSpring and JP Morgan Private Bank.
Angus is an active author and speaker on family governance, wealth, philanthropy and private wealth management. She has been quoted in publications including The New York Times, Town & Country, Families in Business and Bloomberg Wealth Manager. Angus has been named one of the Top 50 women in Wealth Management by Wealth Manager and was twice named among the CityWealth Top 100 North American Advisors.
