Spaces are now available in both groups of the Family Foundation Information Exchange (FFIX and FFIX 2) 2012 series.
The original FFIX was established in 2004 to create a space for family foundation leaders to connect with their peers and share knowledge and resources that reflect the unique dynamics of family philanthropy. A second FFIX group was created in 2008 to accommodate growing interest in the program.
In this small group setting, family foundation executives meet regularly to discuss, problem solve and share critical ideas that will assist them in their work. Participants set the agenda and overall format for this unique peer learning experience, contribute to a deeper level of learning on timely and relevant topics and build support and collaboration within the family foundation community.
Facilitated by family foundation consultant Jan Kern, FFIX serves as a vehicle to explore new avenues of grantmaking, gain critical skills and find support and encouragement among peers.
