The IEHP Foundation is focused on connecting the diverse communities of the Inland Empire with access to a better, more joyful life through programs and initiatives aimed at resolving the root causes of illness, health equity and core needs, including food, shelter and safety.

The Foundation was established by Inland Empire Health Plan to ensure all communities throughout the region have access to Vibrant Health, which entails going beyond traditional healthcare services and reaching the region’s most vulnerable populations. Efforts include supporting pilot programs, identifying innovative solutions that improve health outcomes, acting as a convener, collaborator and partner with community and faith-based organizations and much more.
