evolve: SCG's Professional Learning Programming
evolve is SCG's suite of programming championing transformational leadership. Our professional learning programs and cohorts help funders develop the necessary grantmaking and interpersonal skills needed to be effective leaders in the 21st century.
SCG's evolve encompasses three tiers of programming where funders can evolve professionally through skills-based programs designed to improve core grantmaking knowledge; evolve personally through leadership programs and self-reflective practices that cultivate greater clarity of purpose; and evolve collaboratively through peer-to-peer networks that support community learning, collaboration, and relationship building.
