The increasing burnout concerns in the nonprofits sector and the national call to focus on workers' well-being are shifting the social sector into a new era of leadership. This new leadership paradigm will require unlearning behaviors, habits and belief systems that are no longer sustainable before learning to embody the leadership qualities and values that will allow us to make the most meaningful impact.
Join Southern California Grantmakers, in partnership with Con Fuerza Experiences, for a transformative two-hour workshop that explores a new leadership paradigm, a roadmap for leadership development that allows leaders to embrace their full potential while centering collective well-being, community, and a thriving organizational culture. This event will feature a dynamic panel discussion of visionary Philanthropic Leaders who will offer their unique leadership insights. Participants will also engage in reflective exercises to identify leadership habits, beliefs, and practices that no longer serve the change we would like to see for ourselves and our communities.
This program is brought to you by evolve, SCG's suite of programming championing transformational leadership.
