Job Summary
Contract Overview:
This is a contract position for a detail-oriented and independent individual who will streamline WITH Foundation’s grant reporting systems. You’ll analyze grant reports, identify key learnings, and share valuable insights with the organization and the wider field. While comfort with alternative reporting formats is a must, you’ll also be tasked with simplifying reporting requirements. An open and flexible personality is key for following up with grantees and ensuring clear communication. You’ll also be responsible for data tracking demographics and identifying impactful stories to share with others.

Reports To: The Learning and Evaluation Consultant reports to WITH’s Executive Director
Responsibilities
- Analyze grant reports and identify key insights relevant to the healthcare, disability nonprofit, and philanthropy fields
- Maintain relationships with grantees and support the collective learning of WITH’s partnership network
- Contribute thought partnership to continue the Foundation’s internal learning culture by enhancing the organization’s learning and evaluation capacity
- Support grantee/partner capacity-building learning and evaluation, as appropriate, and provide technical assistance when needed.
- Identify opportunities to simplify grant reporting requirements
- Track demographic data provided by grantees/partners
- Liaise with the Foundation’s Communications and Content Creation support
- Assist with preparing grant dockets
- Foster trusting relationships with multiple stakeholders including community members, grantees/partners, Foundation staff, consultants and the Self-Advocate Advisory Committee and the Board of Directors

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
At least 4 years of experience working in the nonprofit and/or public sector
Proficiency with Google Suites and Foundant (or similar grant management systems)
Track record of work with foundations, experience with one or more foundations/funders
Experience using qualitative, quantitative, and/or emerging research methods
Lived experience, interest in, or willingness to learn about disability
Based in the United States
Open to occasional travel (up to twice a year, to the SF Bay area)
Able to work well independently
Comfortable working with diverse populations
Flexible and open-minded personality
Familiarity with the Disability Justice framework and Borealis’ Movement-Defined Learning Tool
Salary & Benefits
Compensation: $54,492 annually/ $4,541 a month
Amount of Weekly Hours: up to 12 hours/wk (48 hours a month); Length: 1-year contract
Benefits:
This contract position is a minimum of 40 hours a month, but no more than 48 hours a month. There are NO health or other benefits. Tax withholding is the responsibility of the contractor. The contract is on a 1099 or corp-to-corp basis. No W-2 provided.
