Ann-Sophie Morrissette has spent two decades working in strategic communications with nonprofit organizations, foundations, government, and corporations. During her tenure at the Downtown Women’s Center as Director of Communications and Policy, she amplified the stories of unhoused women during the critical passage of Proposition HHH and Measure H. As Vice President at Fenton, one of the country’s leading social change agencies, she partnered with organizations including the United Way of Greater Los Angeles, the Conrad N. Hilton Foundation, MacArthur Foundation, and California Community Foundation. Most recently, while at Netflix, she served as the internal communications lead for the workplace and talent functions where she oversaw crisis communications during COVID 19 and workforce changes. She is a member of the Board of Directors for Housing Works and serves on the Communications and Advocacy Committee of the Downtown Women’s Center. Ann-Sophie currently serves as a strategic communications consultant to LA County's Homeless Initiative and supports the Los Angeles network of Funders Together to End Homelessness.
