Alexa Eggleston is the founder of Audacia Consulting LLC. Prior to starting her consulting business, she was a Senior Program Officer at the Conrad N. Hilton Foundation where she led a national youth behavioral health initiative to increase prevention and early intervention approaches in health care, schools, and workforce programs for young people. Prior to joining the Hilton Foundation, Ms. Eggleston served as a Program Director at the Council of State Governments Justice Center, and led government relations, policy and advocacy activities for the National Council for Mental Wellbeing and the Legal Action Center. She received her Bachelor of Arts from John Carroll University and her Juris Doctor from University of Maryland.
