The Teshinsky Family Foundation is a private Los Angeles-based philanthropic foundation started in 2006 dedicated to supporting democracies and freedom, individual liberty, and the pursuit of personal and professional opportunities. Since our inception, we have supported organizations focused on the aforementioned ideology as well as philanthropic efforts in the arts, medical research, disaster relief, and education.
We are now embarking on a parallel path, committed to finding ways to help people develop skills for gainful employment, education opportunities, and through them, personal liberty. Our initial focus is to challenge the established secondary education paradigm as the necessary model for employment. Our initial focus will be on skilled trades and increased connections between K-12 to postsecondary careers.
