Ron Milam serves the leadership of funder collaboratives as an organization development practitioner. Since 1997 he's consulted for 150 organizations working to build sustainable communities. Ron holds a Masters of Organization Development program from Pepperdine University where he wrote his thesis on collaborative change efforts in Southern California.
