Mission: To join funders and communities as partners in strengthening the long-term sustainability of Black-led social justice institutions.

Vision: To re-norm the culture of philanthropy in order to deliver on the promise of systemic equity for Black families, children, youth and communities in Los Angeles and the Inland Empire.

Strategies:
1) Evolve philanthropy by modeling equity and justice in operational and grantmaking practices. 2) Develop an ecosystem of strong and sustainable Black-led organizations that are networked to pursue their individual and collective missions of advancing economic, political and social liberation for Black people in Southern California.

Tactics:
1) Connect funders and Black leaders in a coalition of friendship and shared mission
2) Invest in equity by investing in Black-led institutions
3) Model partnership through practice
