Justin Lee brings over 15 years of experience in corporate philanthropy, nonprofit leadership, and program development to his role as Advisor, Corporate and Issue-Based Programs at SoCal Grantmakers. With a unique background spanning both the corporate and nonprofit sectors, Justin specializes in building innovative partnerships and designing impactful programs that align stakeholder goals with community needs.
Prior to joining SCG, he managed large-scale philanthropic portfolios at Southern California Edison, leading initiatives in STEM education and scholarships, DEI and workforce development, and grantmaking. Justin also served as Director of Community Engagement at the Los Angeles Conservation Corps, where he oversaw youth development programs to empower underserved communities. A passionate advocate for equity and collaboration, Justin has worked internationally with the Peace Corps and consulted on corporate social responsibility strategies with organizations like UL Responsible Sourcing. He has a master’s degree in International Affairs from UC San Diego’s School of Global Policy & Strategy and a bachelor’s degrees in Business and Sociology from the University of Redlands.
