Yolanda Gipson provides administrative support to the President and CEO and the Board of Directors.
Prior to joining SCG, Yolanda was appointed by President Obama to serve at the U.S. Small Business Administration in Washington, D.C., a cabinet-level federal agency responsible for growing America’s small businesses with capital, counseling, contracting and disaster assistance programs. Yolanda was a key staffer to the SBA Administrator, serving as Confidential Assistant and overseeing administrative functions, executive secretariat services and special initiatives. Previously, she worked in administrative roles in executive-suites at ProAmérica Bank, the first Latino-formed commercial bank in California in over 35 years, and the Times Mirror Company.
Yolanda graduated from California State University, Long Beach with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
