Barbara Dibs leads SCG's annual membership renewal campaign. She works to continually refine the renewal experience for members and streamline internal renewal processes, drawing on her eclectic background developing administrative systems for growing companies and organizations. She also participates in special membership projects and serves on SCG's internal Equity Committee. Barbara consulted for SCG for a year and half before joining as staff in January 2018. After 20+ years in Portland, Oregon, where she had most recently been the manager of member services at Grantmakers for Education, Barbara returned to Los Angeles in 2012 and wonders what took her so long. Her never-ending reading stack includes vegan cookbooks and books focused on racial equity.
