Community Partners works with social entrepreneurs, grantmakers and civic leaders to imagine possibilities, design solutions and see them through. Building on extensive experience working with nonprofits and funders, Community Partners helps foster, launch and sustain powerful initiatives for change. We are a solutions partner; providing expertise in best practices, a deep knowledge base in project development and management, familiarity with the civic landscape, and a commitment to advancing the public good.

Fiscal Sponsorship: We provide infrastructure, experienced counsel, and civic reach to help community leaders build effective programs and succeed as agents of change.

Grantmaker Partnerships: We use our expertise in program management, technical assistance, and training to leverage funder investment and strengthen grantees.

Thought Leadership and Knowledge Sharing: We generate and advance innovative ideas and perspectives that strengthen the field and serve as a springboard for a more effective civil society.

Today, Community Partners works with over 180 projects, and engages in over a dozen programs and initiatives through our grantmaker partnerships. We have nearly 60 core staff, nearly 1,000 total staff, and manage over $82 million in revenues. Our work spans the fields of civic engagement, arts and culture, education, economic development, health, public policy, social services and youth.
