COVID-19 Health & Safety Requirements
SCG requires that every person attending or participating in events be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and its variants, including any boosters recommended by the FDA and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Proof of vaccinations (physical copy, photocopy, or digital) must be provided at check-in.
SCG will waive its vaccination requirements, including recommended boosters, for religious or medical reasons. Individuals requesting an exemption must notify an SCG team member or email programsrsvp@socalgrantmakers.org as soon as possible but before 9/20. Individuals who do not have proof of vaccination must provide a negative COVID-19 test taken no earlier than the day before our conference (9/19).
On the honor system, the SCG team also encourages all attendees (regardless of vaccination status) to take an at-home rapid test before arriving at the conference. We will have a limited number of rapid antigen tests on-site that will be distributed on a first-come, first-serve basis. Thank you for doing your part to keep our community safe!
Additionally, except when eating and drinking, SCG requires that every person participating in or providing services for the event wear masks over the mouth and nose during all event activities.
