We swim in white dominant culture every day and we each have different racialized experiences in noticing its presence as well as its impact on us individually and on our organizational culture. The Transforming Organizational Culture Assessment Tool is meant to be a resource in developing a roadmap for what a racially just organization might look like. It is meant to assist in creating benchmarks for moving forward; and, it is meant to provide a vehicle for people to share their truth.
