Transfer/Cancellation Policy
If your plans change or you can no longer attend our conference after the date change, your registration may be transferred to another individual within your organization OR receive a credit to your account for next year's annual conference. All transfer, credit requests and cancellations must be submitted via email to programsrsvp@socalgrantmakers.org.
Ticket purchases like yours are the reason we could pivot quickly and move forward with our signature event. In addition to the time our team has already invested in planning this conference, we are now facing a new set of costs to switch venues and help our speakers and performers make this transition. We hope you will allow us to retain your ticket fee as an investment in SCG's crucial work. We truly appreciate our members who believe in this event's importance and have remained steadfast in their support.
Accommodations for People with Disabilities
We will be providing closed captioning and American Sign Language interpretation during the conference and are committed to making the conference as accessible as possible.
If you have a disability and require an accommodation to fully participate in our event, please contact our programs team at programsrsvp@socalgrantmakers.org or (213) 680-8866. An SCG staff member will contact you to discuss your specific needs.
Duty to Self-Monitor and Care for Others
In line with SCG's values of equity and community, we respectfully ask attendees to prioritize the collective health and wellbeing of all participants when making a decision to attend SCG events. We ask that you not attend if you become ill or exhibit any signs or symptoms of COVID-19. SCG reserves the right to refuse entry to any participants who exhibit symptoms of illness. We strongly encourage attendees to self-administer a rapid test the morning of the event, and encourage mask-wearing for any attendees for whom that is most comfortable. Out of respect for each individual's varying comfort level, please refrain from hugs or handshakes without explicit consent. We will strive to safeguard the health and safety of all those involved in SCG events, but cannot guarantee that attendees and participants will not be exposed to, or become sick from exposure to, COVID-19 or its variants. We thank you for your help keeping our community safe.
