SoCal Grantmakers is pleased to open the application window for our inaugural 2022 evolve Executive — Leading with Purpose program, a four-month professional development opportunity tailored for foundation leaders, trustees, and executives to accelerate their evolution as philanthropic leaders.
The last several years of crises have pushed philanthropy to rethink its practices, measures of success, and direction. As the world and our sector continue to shift, many philanthropic leaders are struggling to pause and recalibrate to determine if their current efforts align with the change they want to achieve in the world.
SCG’s evolve Executive — Leading with Purpose program will provide executives with the space, time, and mentorship needed to retool their approach to philanthropy. Participants will work to align their values, leadership philosophies, and their foundation’s vision to better serve their communities. By the end of the program, executives will develop their own model of visionary leadership that helps them cultivate a culture of purposeful action in their organizations and achieve long-term impact.
We are excited to offer an interdisciplinary curriculum that features neuroscience, meditation, human potential, personal resilience, adaptive leadership, diversity, equity & inclusion, and human-centered design. Our expert facilitators will employ an experiential approach to learning that combines an interactive cohort-based model with self-reflection, executive coaching, and best practices that inspire new leadership perspectives to address our community’s most pressing needs.
We are seeking open-hearted and open-minded individuals to join our inaugural executive program. We invite you to learn more about our program benefits, topics, eligibility criteria, and more below. The application deadline is Friday, July 8th, 2022.
